In advanced English,  complex argumentation structures help organize and present ideas in a clear, balanced way. These structures are useful for expressing contrasts, adding emphasis, or showing relationships between different points. Here are some key structures:

Not only... but also:

Explanation: Used to connect two ideas, with the second idea often being more surprising, important, or extreme than the first.

Example:  Not only did she finish the project on time, but she also received praise for her creativity.

On the one hand, on the other hand: 

Explanation: Used to introduce two opposing or contrasting points.

Example: On the one hand, the new system is more efficient, but on the other hand, it requires significant training.

Either... or:

Explanation:  Used to present two possibilities or choices.

Example: You can either finish your homework now or risk failing the test.

Neither... nor:

Explanation: Used to express a negative relationship between two things.

Example: Neither the manager nor the employee knew about the changes.

Although/Though:

Explanation: Used to present a contrast between two ideas or situations.

Example: Although the weather was bad, we decided to go for a walk.

Despite/In spite of:

Explanation: Used to show contrast between two ideas where one thing happens despite another factor.

Example: Despite the challenges, they completed the project on time.

More importantly:

Explanation: Used to add a more significant point to what was said before.

Example: The company needs to increase its profits. More importantly, it must invest in sustainable practices.
