![]()
Idiomatic expressions are phrases where the meaning cannot be deduced from the meanings of the individual words. In English, idiomatic grammar often refers to phrases and structures that don’t follow the standard rules of grammar, but are still commonly used and understood by native speakers. At the C1 level, it’s important to recognize idiomatic grammar and use it effectively in both speaking and writing.
